1. Create
You’ll begin by making a collage in a calm, guided space. No art experience is needed. Maya will help you follow instinct, image, attraction, resistance, and curiosity.

2. Decode
Together, you’ll explore the symbols, themes, placements, colors, and patterns that emerge. This is where the work often becomes surprisingly clarifying.

3. Integrate
Insight is only useful if it changes how you move. You’ll translate what you discover into decisions, language, boundaries, next steps, or a clearer sense of direction.
